This policy explains how Armonia Wedding processes the personal data you share with us through this website, by email or on WhatsApp, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679).

What data we collect

When you send us a request we collect the information you choose to share: your names, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country of residence, details about your wedding (date or period, number of guests, type of wedding, indicative budget, preferred area, your vision) and how you heard about us.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

We use your data only to reply to your request, organise a first call and prepare a tailored proposal. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for newsletters or marketing, and we do not sell or share it for these purposes.

How long we keep it

If we do not start working together, we delete your request within 24 months of our last contact. If we do, your data is kept for the duration of the project and afterwards for the period required by Italian tax and accounting law.

Who processes it on our behalf

Your data is stored on servers provided by our hosting company, Aruba S.p.A. (Italy). Email is managed through Google (Gmail). If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp (Meta). Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Union under the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format, by writing to armonia.weddingplanner@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
